As the digital workplace continues to evolve, businesses must find ways to create attractive employee experiences to retain top talent. Amirra, a new Talent Management Solution, was designed to help organizations meet this challenge.

The Great Resignation saw 71 million Americans quit their job in 2022 - the most ever recorded. According to Randstad, the average employee turnover cost has now reached $11,372 which makes retaining talent critical for profitability.

Amirra was designed to improve employee retention by creating a more engaging employee experience at every step fo the employee lifecycle.  A study by Gallup found that engaged employees are 21% more productive than their disengaged peers. By providing employees with opportunities to connect with their colleagues and access resources for ongoing development and engagement, Amirra can help increase employee engagement and, in turn, productivity.

Additionally, happy employees often lead to happy customers. A report by Temkin Group found that companies with engaged employees have a 10-20% higher customer satisfaction rating than companies with disengaged employees. By using Amirra to create a positive work environment and foster employee satisfaction, businesses can improve their customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Beyond the benefits of employee retention, productivity, and customer satisfaction, Amirra can also help businesses save costs. By automating tasks related to onboarding, community building, and engagement, Amirra can help businesses save time and resources. For example, Amirra can automate the process of sending new employees important documents and training materials, which can save HR staff time and ensure that new employees have the information they need to get started quickly.

Amirra is an essential tool for businesses looking to improve their profitability by creating a positive employee experience. By focusing on employee onboarding, community building, and engagement, Amirra can help businesses increase employee retention, productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost savings. With Amirra, businesses can create a workplace culture that supports their employees' success and satisfaction.
